Tasty Way to Raise Dough
As leaders of your organization you
are constantly seeking new and exciting ways to fund your specific programs.
A truly successful fund-raising program combines a desired product with a
worthwhile fundraising cause. That is the guiding principal behind our
Community Fundraising Program. What better way to accomplish your goals than
to offer delicious food at an affordable price to your supporting audience.
Our Community Fundraising Program offers groups the opportunity to solicit
people to visit during a specific time period. When they make their
purchase, they present a flyer for their group. In turn, we will donate 20%
of the guest's purchase to the benefiting group. The donation is valid on
dine-in and carry-out only, provided the person making the purchase presents
a fundraiser flyer. Any not-for-profit group can hold a fundraiser.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Pick a date for your fundraising event-any Sunday, Tuesday or
Wednesday. For best results, allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks to plan your
fundraising event.
The group leader will sit down with the Manager at least two
weeks prior to the event and complete a Community Fundraiser contract.
Next, you will receive a call to notify you that your flyers
have arrived. The flyers should be ready about 2 weeks before your scheduled
fundraising event. The flyers should be distributed to students, families,
organization members, etc., to help communicate the fundraising event. Each
flyer will feature a claim check, which must be filled out and provided at
the time of order payment to get credit for the sale.
RyNik’s Hometown Pizza & Subs will donate 20% of the total
net sales generated from your organization. *Sales total is based on regular
menu prices and excludes coupons, in-store specials, and gift certificate
purchases. Sales are good on dine-in and carryout orders only.
All claim checks received in support of your organization on
the designated Fundraising Event will be processed within 5-7 business days.
After check processing, please allow 5 business days to receive check by
mail. The check will be made payable to your organization and sent to the
group leader unless otherwise specified.
*Only one Fundraising Event per month. A $300.00 minimum
sales goal is required to qualify for each event scheduled.
